Do you take on projects beyond Brighton and The South of England ?
Yes.
We work mainly across Sussex and Kent but also take on projects in other regions of the UK — and potentially in France. Just reach out so we can discuss your location and timeline.
You’re a French TEAM based in the UK, should I expect any language or cultural barriers?
Not at all. Our French background is simply part of our identity as a team, but we work confidently in English and regularly collaborate with UK-based clients. It adds character to our work, but it never gets in the way of communication or delivery.
your team and early collaborators seem to be mostly women, is Muse Studio focused on female- led projects only?
We’re not a women-only or women-focused studio. It just happens that our first collaborations and encounters have been with female artists and professionals. Muse Studio is fully inclusive: we welcome creators, clients and collaborators of all genders. What matters to us is the quality of the work and the connection, not who it comes from.

How does a project with Muse Studio usually work, from first contact to delivery ?
Start by contacting us through the form on our website and sharing a brief overview of your project.
A team member will get back to you within 72 hours to schedule a call video, audio, or an in-person meeting.
From there, we outline the project steps and timelines based on the services you need.
Do you offer made-to-measure services, or only predefined packages ?
We adapt entirely to your needs. Our studio offers fully made-to-measure services, and when relevant, we can also guide you toward predefined packages, whichever option best fits your project and goals.
Can I book you for just one part of a project ?
Absolutely. We’re flexible and can support you with only the specific part of your project you need, adapting our work to fit your requirements.

How do you price your work ?
Our pricing depends on the scope of your project and the services involved. We offer both hourly rates for smaller tasks and tailored packages for multi-service projects, which can be more cost-effective. Once we understand your needs, we provide a clear, customized quote.
Do you share a price list, or is everything quoted on request ?
You’ll find starting price ranges on each service page to give you an initial idea of costs. For more specific or complex requests, we provide a personalized quote tailored to your project.
What is the usual timeline for a project ?
Timelines vary depending on the type of project and each team member’s availability. Once we connect and clearly understand your needs, we can provide an accurate timeframe and realistic deadlines tailored to your project.
How far in advance should I contact you before my project ?
The earlier, the better. Reaching out in advance allows us to plan properly and set realistic deadlines. While availability depends on our current workload, we generally recommend contacting us 1 to 2 months ahead of your project (event, campaign, launch, photoshoot…) for the best results.
Do you work remotely, on site, or both ?
We mainly work remotely or from our studio, but we also operate on-site when a project requires it. Depending on the nature and location of the work, we can adapt and travel as needed to ensure the best outcome.

Why do you feature artists and not just client work ?
Muse Studio is more than a creative service provider, we’re driven by a genuine passion for Art and inspiring voices. Showcasing artists, creators, and “Muses” allows us to share stories, ideas, and perspectives that spark inspiration for our community, including our clients. It’s our way of building something beyond a studio: a space where anyone can feel connected, informed, and creatively inspired, whether or not they have a project underway.
What is the link between your studio services and your artist features ?
Art is the common thread that connects everything we do. Beyond our creative services, we highlight artists and inspiring profiles to explore stories, design, and creativity in all their forms. This content enriches our community and can also benefit our clients who may be featured through articles, interviews, or podcasts—offering them an additional layer of visibility and storytelling.
What is the purpose of your podcasts and articles ?
Our podcast and articles highlight artists and other inspiring individuals who have meaningful stories to share. Through their journeys, creative processes, influences, and insights into how they build and navigate their work, we aim to offer content that resonates with entrepreneurs, art lovers, and anyone seeking inspiration. Each feature is an opportunity to explore creativity from the inside and spark new ideas within our community.

How do I know if Muse Studio is the right fit for my project ?
Our first call is meant to help both sides understand whether we’re a natural match, whether our approach, energy, and expertise align with your needs and expectations. We’re fully transparent and only take on projects that fit our skills and creative vision. If we feel we’re the right team to support you, we’ll commit fully to bringing the best outcome. And if not, we’ll be honest and let you know ensuring you’re always guided toward the right solution for your project.
What do you need from me before we start working together ?
After our first call or meeting, we’ll create a simple shared brief outlining the information and materials we need to begin. Whether your project is just an idea, already in progress, or an established business in need of a refresh, we adapt to any stage. Everything required to start will be clearly defined together during our initial exchange.
Do you work with long-term brand partnerships as well as one-off projects ?
We do both. For long-term collaborations, we usually begin with a three-month contract to ensure the workflow feels right for both sides and to see how the project evolves. If the partnership is a good fit, we can then extend it into a longer agreement. Depending on the services and team involved, we happily support clients on single projects as well as ongoing collaborations.
