3. Contracts and Service Terms

• Every engagement with Muse Creative Studio or collaborating artists will be formalized through a written contract.

• Contracts will specify:

  • Project scope

  • Delivery timelines

  • Payment terms (deposit required at project initiation, balance due prior to final delivery)

  • Ownership and usage rights

    Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • For each service or project, the deposit required by the freelancer must be honored.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling of the service.

  • The deposit secures the freelancer’s time and commitment; once booked, the day or hours allocated to the client are considered lost if the service is canceled or postponed.

  • Clients acknowledge that any subsequent adjustments to scheduling or project timing do not entitle them to reclaim the deposit.

• Platform & Freelancer Responsibility

  • Muse Creative Studio operates as a platform connecting clients with independent freelance service providers.

  • Each service or project arranged through the Studio is subject to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon with the individual freelancer providing that service.

  • While Muse Creative Studio vets and recommends qualified freelancers to ensure professional standards, the Studio does not assume responsibility for the work, methods, or outcomes of individual freelancers.

  • Clients acknowledge that any issues, complaints, or disputes regarding a service must be addressed directly with the responsible freelancer and not with Muse Creative Studio.

  • The Studio reserves the right to assist in facilitating communication between clients and freelancers but is not liable for any failure, delay, or dissatisfaction related to a freelancer’s performance.

• Non-compliance with contract terms may result in suspension of work or legal recourse.

• For long-term projects spanning multiple months, if the client terminates the project before completion, damages may apply, calculated according to the contract terms.
  

  Service Delivery & Timing

  • Muse Creative Studio strives to meet all deadlines for services and projects; however, delays may occasionally occur due to workload peaks, production constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients may not cancel services solely due to minor delays. The Studio will communicate any expected adjustments to delivery times and work to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Any agreed-upon timelines or deadlines will be managed in good faith, and Muse Creative Studio reserves the right to adjust delivery dates as needed while maintaining professional standards.

4. Collaborations with Artists

• All artists represented on the platform will sign an agreement outlining rights, responsibilities, and exclusivity (if applicable).

• Any unauthorized reproduction, plagiarism, or distribution of the artists’ works will be subject to legal action.

• Certain artworks are created exclusively for Muse Creative Studio and must be respected by the artist and any third parties.

5. Protection of Digital Assets

• All creative works, website content, and designs are protected under intellectual property laws.

• Screenshots, downloads, or reproductions without permission are strictly prohibited.

• Digital marketing, SEO strategies, e-commerce content, and proprietary methodologies are confidential and cannot be shared or reused without written authorization.

6. Products & Services – E-Shop Terms

• All products and services offered on Muse Creative Studio’s website are subject to these terms.

  1. Product Specifics

     • Each product or artwork available for sale is unique and may have specific conditions regarding payment, delivery, or collection.

     • Certain artworks or high-value items may require direct contact with the Studio before purchase, to discuss delivery, handling, or additional information

  2. Payment Terms

     • Payment conditions are defined per product or artwork.

     • For most works, a deposit is required to confirm the order or pre-order.

     • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or collection.

     • Pre-order or made-to-order items may require full payment upfront to initiate production.

  3. Delivery & Collection

     • Delivery methods and timelines are specified on each product page.

     • Some items may require in-person pickup or special delivery arrangements. Customers are invited to contact the Studio for details prior to purchase.

     • For custom or made-to-order products, production may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond the Studio’s control.

     • The Studio aims to limit delays to a maximum of one month beyond the estimated delivery date.

     • If the delay exceeds this period, customers have the option to cancel the order and request a refund of payments made

  4. General Notes

     • All products remain the property of Muse Creative Studio until full payment has been received.

     • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any product is strictly prohibited.

     • Customers agree that specific terms (deposit, pre-order, delivery, collection) will be honored as outlined for each product.

  5. Limitation of Liability

     • The Studio is not liable for delays caused by production, shipping, or external factors beyond its reasonable control.

     • The Studio reserves the right to adjust timelines or delivery methods as necessary, while maintaining communication with the customer.

  6. Shipping, Carriers & International Deliveries

     • Muse Creative Studio works with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all products.

     • However, the Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for such issues.

     • The Studio will be happy to assist in investigating any delivery issues in collaboration with the carrier.

     • Currently, shipping is only offered within the UK. For any delivery requests outside the UK, customers must contact the Studio in advance to arrange shipping and any associated customs requirements.

7. Liability and Legal Disclaimer

• Muse Creative Studio exercises all reasonable care in providing services.

• The Studio is not liable for misuse of its content or third-party use of protected works without authorization.

• Clients and collaborators acknowledge that all rights, intellectual property, and exclusivity clauses will be enforced according to the contract.
