SARAH SOLANET

ARTIST RELATION
& PR COORDINATOR

PAINTING
MODELLING

I contribute to connecting inspiring artists with the Muse Creative Studio platform, helping spark meaningful collaborations and creative partnerships.

As a painter myself, I am also represented by Muse Creative Studio, bringing both artistic vision and industry insight to everything she does.

My paintings are inspired by people—their individuality, their essence, and the unique way they move through the world. I also explore the fluidity of choreography and form through modelling.

A lover of music, cinema, fashion, architecture, interior design and photography, I see myself as a storyteller who speaks through Art.

‘Some days I hold the brush, some days the
pose, each is a way to speak without words.’

BEHIND THE VISION. MY STORY…

I am Sarah B Solanet, a Paris-born visual artist with a background in fashion and art. I studied at Mod’Art International and earned my master’s degree in 2010. My creative journey began in 2009 on the film Coco avant Chanel, directed by Anne Fontaine, where I worked alongside Oscar-winning costume designer Catherine Leterrier to create costumes for Audrey Tautou and Marie Gillain.

After graduating, I worked as a dresser for fashion houses like Jean Paul Gaultier, Chanel, Elie Saab, and Maison Martin Margiela for seven years, eventually becoming Cara Delevingne’s personal dresser for Chanel shows. In 2012, I signed with DI Agency for acting and modeling and began assisting stylist Guya Marini on campaigns for Globus Cashmere, S.Oliver, and L’Officiel Magazine.

In 2013, I collaborated with New York stylist Gerlan Marcel, representing her brand Gerlan Jeans at the Rendez-Vous showroom in Paris. My film work continued with Hello World for La Fémis, where I designed futuristic jewelry. Inspired by this project, I launched my own jewelry brand, Couleur Punk à L’eau, creating bold perspex pieces.

Parallel to this, I modelled for artists like sculptor Philippe Sééné and figurative painter Shane Wolf, which deepened my understanding of 3D forms and color. In 2015, seeking new inspiration, my partner and I moved to a creative warehouse community in North London, where I developed my distinctive drawing style, influenced by the eclectic group of artists I lived with.

In 2017, we relocated to Brighton, where we now raise our son. These diverse experiences in fashion, cinema, and art ultimately revealed my true path as a visual artist.

The “B” in Sarah B Solanet is a tribute to my late grandmother Béatrice—“Boubou”—who passed on her love for beauty and art.

Every great piece starts with a
spark, send yours my way.

SARAH,

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

WHO AM I ?

I’m a French visual artist, painter, and model, based in Brighton for the past ten years, where I live with my son and my partner.

MY ROLE AT MUSE

A woman with curly hair standing on a staircase, touching her head with one hand and resting her other hand on the railing, wearing dark clothing and jewelry.

I work across artist relations, and as a contributor to the platform, collaborating closely with artists and helping shape content that highlights their work on Muse. I am also represented by the platform as a painter in my own right.

IN MY OWN WORDS MUSE IS …

In my own words, Muse is a creative platform
that supports artists, brands, and entrepreneurs
in shaping and expressing their identity, through
a mix of curation, storytelling, and collaboration.

WHAT IS YOUR PERSONALITY
WITHIN the muse team?

I’m the artist of the team. I bring a dynamic, creative energy, and I’m naturally very social—I love connecting with people, building relationships, and creating meaningful exchanges. I’m constantly engaging with others and nurturing a sense of community. In a way, I’m a bit of a hyperactive spirit when it comes to art and culture.
